These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of chroncore.com and the Chroncore platform ("the Service"), operated by Artik LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
2. Workspaces and Multi-Tenancy
The Service operates on a multi-tenant architecture. Each organization ("workspace") is isolated. Workspace administrators control membership, permissions, and data within their workspace.
If you are invited to a workspace by an administrator, you agree to the permissions and policies set by that workspace's administrator.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any applicable law or infringe on any third party's rights.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.
6. Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party services (Google Calendar, Slack, Stripe, and others). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
7. AI Features
The Service includes optional AI-powered features. AI-generated outputs (summaries, analyses, suggestions) are provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before acting on it.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is owned by Artik LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
10. Availability and Support
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artik LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
13. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
